About Us

The Sheepfold - God spoke the name

When God spoke to my heart to start another church ministry work, I had my idea of a name.  One that I thought was a good name, but God said "I have the name "The Sheepfold"."  I began to research the Greek meaning of Sheepfold.  What I discovered was amazing and profound.  The Sheepfold is the place for the sheep to birth their lambs, a place of safety, shelter, nurturing, and binding of the wounded.
We believe this is what the Christian Church should be like, helping the hurting, the wounded, the lost, restoring, birthing new souls into the Kingdom of God.  Life happens, but there is Jesus with arms open wide to take us in.  Come find the love of Jesus in The Sheepfold.  Because Jesus cares, we care.

Who We Are

Bishop Bob Sharp has been a minister for over 56 years, teaching and preaching around the world.  Bishop Sharp has a love and compassion for souls.  His heart is to reach out to the hurting and wounded Christians.

When He saw the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were weary and worn out, like sheep without a shepherd.
Matthew 9:36  HCSB

I have other sheep, too,
that are not in this sheepfold.
I must bring them also.
They will listen to my voice,
and there will be one flock with one shepherd.
John 10:16  NLT

What We Do

Allow the Spirit of God to move.  For it is by His Spirit, that lives are changed and renewed.

Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person
by changing the way you think.
Then you will learn to know God's will for you,
which is good and pleasing and perfect.
Romans 12:2  NLT

Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take.
Proverbs 3:5-6  NLT

What's Different

God inspired without man made traditions or regulations.  Come just as you are and allow Jesus to change your focus and life.
Jesus is the Great Shepherd.  He gave His life, so that we could have a relationship with Him.  Discipleship is a daily relationship with Jesus.
Because Jesus Cares
we care

Cast your burden on the LORD,
and He will sustain you;
He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.
Psalms 55:22  HCSB

Give us today our daily bread.
Matthew 6:11  HCSB
